All programmed activities
-
Meals and snacks, excluding lunch on your arrival day
-
One free accompanying adult for every eight children
Additional adults are charged at a fair price and accordance with our Booking Terms and Conditions.

Financial Support

Financial support may be available to help more children experience a visit to Ufton. As a charity, we are able to offer this support thanks to the generosity of funders and donors who believe in our work, in the schools and teachers we partner with, and in the potential of every child.
Organisation | Eligibility | Funding Available |
|---|---|---|
Schools in areas of disadvantage | At least 30% of pupils receive Free School Meals | Normally 50%, with awards ranging from 25% to 100% |
Community and voluntary organisations | Working directly with children who face disadvantage | Up to 100% |
Thank you so much for your swift responses and awarding us the FSM % subsidy – this really does make the difference for us being able to run a residential trip at all.
Terms and Conditions
Subsidy funding is discretionary and subject to availability. Any subsidy awarded must be passed on in full by reducing the amount charged to participating families or community members. Subsidies are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to withdraw or recover funding if these conditions are not met.
