Residential Trip Pricing for 2025 and 2026
To make things easier for teachers booking a trip, we’ve made our pricing all-inclusive – that means accommodation, meals, snacks and your activities are all included in the price. There are optional low-cost add-ons available for select activities which you can choose at the time of your booking
We do not charge VAT.
If you're flexible with your dates, there’s real value in visiting during our quieter seasons too. Autumn and winter bring their own kind of magic to Ufton — from crisp woodland walks to a roaring fire in our Great Hall. Plus, off-peak visits often come with reduced pricing, making it a great choice for schools looking for an unforgettable trip on a tighter budget or who have less time to plan.
Availability can change quickly, so we recommend getting in touch early to secure the dates that work best for you.

Offers
We’re proud to introduce a new pricing structure to support schools in disadvantaged areas and enhance their accessibility to our experiential programmes. Schools where 30% or more children receive Free School Meals (FSM) qualify for a 50% subsidy.
Schools with high Free School Meals Now Qualify for a Subsidy
Our subsidy scheme replaces our older bursary offering, enabling us to reach more children. We hope for a future where experiential learning is not a privilege, but a right and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to experience learning beyond the classroom—not just for the short-term benefits, but for the lifelong impact it creates.
Who Qualifies and How it Works
-
Schools must have 30%+ FSM eligibility at the time of booking
-
Applies to new bookings only
-
Covers 50% of the full programme price
-
Applies to our History and Outdoor programmes
-
100% of the subsidy must be passed onto parents
-
Subject to availability and funding — can be withdrawn at any time
Help Us Give More Children the Freedom to Flourish
Every child deserves the chance to learn beyond the classroom — but not every family can afford it. Our subsidised school trips are only possible thanks to the generosity of people like you.
If you're a company, trust or individual who believes in the power of education, nature and equal access, we'd love to hear from you. Your support can directly fund places for children from disadvantaged backgrounds to take part in life-changing experiences at Ufton.
